Food was great, especially the limited time offers. Really like it so much that I would come back for more. Chicken was crispy and seasoned well and they also promote good offers sometimes which are worth it

Absolutely disgusting, look at the pictures. Where’s the quality control? Takeaway…No ketchup no chilli, not even spoon or fork when I ordered whipped potato and cheese fries. Cheese fries looks absolutely disgusting and a scam, compared to menu pictures and other outlets. fries were all soggy, clearly there for very long. not fresh. staff attitude was bad, rejecting requests and turning away customers to order from self kiosk by themselves

waiting time was around 20mins before my order started preparations. cheesy meltz was warm and was stuck to the packaging, also had a hole in it for some reason. fries were cold, chicken was doughy and not hot. 2 stars because the mash potato was hot.

Service is very bad I payed for a sour cream sauce and they tossed the change in my hand and they also forgot to give it to me and they still have the guts to say what you want But when my dad want to da bao they so kind to him this is bs.

Waited 40mins for 2 simple zinger burgers. Ridiculous waiting time for fast food. Obviously untrained or poor process management or heavily understaffed. Staff are also older/elderly - totally isn’t fair for them to be here for such a high volume location store. Where is the operations manager? Slacking? If they can’t hire enough or only elderly, he/she needs to chime in (be on the ground helping) to ease the workload of such a heavy volume store especially during peak period. If not that limit the online deliveries/takeaway orders. It’s 8pm I’ve not had my dinner. What a joke.
