Regarding this particular outlet: Rude staff, missing item from order (i.e. cheese fries, underlined in receipt). Don't offer an add-on option if your staff doesn't bother to check and simply assumes it's a default order. And the chicken was only average at best. I'd rather have McDonald's McCrispy instead, it's not the best but at least it's cheaper and I don't need to worry about getting that tough and dry chicken breast.

Its at level 1, corner of the mall. Entrance is from outside of the mall. Hard to find, shop is small. But its good kfc chicken :)

Staff is slow. Very slow. Waited for 15 min. Manager lepak inside. Staff throw delivery food on table. Video available. 16/7 1222hrs- small staff outside is throwing food on table.

This place is new but so far its a joke. April is gone but the jokes still on. 1. Ordered for dining in but they packed it for delivery. 2.Tables not maintained. The aunty still stand there like a model. I took the courtesy to ask her if the tables can be cleaned, she just pointed to the the cloth and sanitizer to clean the table. Ended up cleaning 3 tables as they didn't even bothered. Take a look at your camera on 22 May 2022 12:30pm onwards. Image of cleaned table. You're welcome.
