Service has improved a lot from a year or two ago. When requesting specific chicken parts, staff no longer shoot a Cannot Pick or force a wing on you. Chicken is also freshly fried the 2-3 times I went in different hours.

No complains about the service and efficiency of this place, they serve fast, the staff are friendly , in fact all of them are really nice! But the environment like water on the floor , dirty tables scares me abit. The staff are already doing their best. Maybe let’s clean up the place after we eat to make it a better place for us all to dine in?

Overall experience was okay. I went there during lunch hour on a weekend and the queue was short. Friendly counter staff. Waited around 10 minutes for my order. Food wise, its KFC so the taste was okay. Not sure what's the complain about wings sizes but I think they are normal.

Wow. I have never encountered such a great experience in my whole life with KFC. I would like to pay a compliment to staff member Tati. She was really friendly, kind and funny. Her service is the best and truly commendable. I have never seen such enthusiastic staff. She is definitely worth the recognition, please give her the best staff award. She deserves it 101%!

I came to KFC on july 2nd to have myself a quiet meal. Entering at 4pm, I used the kiosk and went to seat myself beside the kitchen entrance. The old, bespectacled chinese man in charge of cleaning the tables immediately started staring at me as I went to sit down. Only when I showed him my receipt did he leave me alone. Collecting my order, I sat at the table after filling up my cup. The old man immediately came up to me and gave me a minute-long lecture on spilling drinks on the floor. Even though I had not spilt much, save a few drops of pepsi black on the floor, he lambasted me in front of the various, uncomfortable patrons of the store. I apologized and asked if I should take out next time, to which he agreed that I should not eat in store the next time I visited. He then walked over to the old chinese couple eating at the back and talked to them throughout the duration of their meal. He then occasionally sneaked a peek at me, turning around to do so. The other staff member on break started staring at me as well. After the couple left, he began patrolling back and forth between the counter and the seats at the back, making me very uncomfortable. As I type this review, he continues to linger around me. One might assume this review is a joke or a troll, or that it is unwise to criticize an old man as he searches for his pay. To that I say I will not be eating at this establishment, or any other related establishments that this old man may work at on my own. I am disappointed as I used to frequent the KFC next to Bedok Sheng Shiong as a child. Sad to say, I will not be eating here anytime soon. Addendum (4.46 PM): The uncle began to argue with me in front of the other customers when I tried to clean up after my own tray. I am very, very disappointed. I suspect the uncle looks down on me for my age or choice of attire, though I would recommend management conduct a thorough investigation into his motives.
