Ordered 5 bucket separate without meal + 3 whip + 3 root bears initially. Cashier added in the meal of the 5 bucket instead which led me having to pay more. Additionally, the lady said that there was no refund in the first place. (Keep pushing it that we wanted it for take away). Finally, she refunded us the 3 whips & 3 root bears. Very bad service.. still! I ordered 3 drum sticks 2 thighs but received 1 drumstick 3 thighs & 1 wing.

Tried the satay crunch box. It came with two pieces of chicken, two chicken tenders, a regular whipped potato and regular fries. The satay crunch was pretty disappointing, both the chicken and sauce were lacklustre. The sauce was watery, chicken was crispy but bland. Chicken tenders were not bad, pretty juicy and flavourful. Just go for the original chicken in future. Service was a bit slow.

I bought a 8 pcs Bucket with a medium size Fries and Cole Slaw from KFC Novena Square. To my disgust, there were 2 pieces of spicy Drumsticks that were more like drumettes. The size of other chicken were quite small too. KFC, this is unacceptable. Texas Chicken is way better than you guys in terms of size and value. The M size fries was also kind of small. I don't think we ever want to step into KFC again.

Super slow service. Can see the staffs are taking their own sweet time. It’s been more than 11 mins and yet we have not gotten our food. Worst still, we still can see staff walking around and talking to others staff in the premise.

The chicken & fries is hard definitely not crunchy at all. Chicken skin is not golden brown infact burnt color. The service crew prepared the food in tray but take a couple of minutes to serve them. I frequent the restaurant but today's food is so disappointing. Quality control of food is not taken seriously.
