On time scheduled delivery from this outlet. Ordered online early in the morning and scheduled for 12pm and came 12pm. I like the fried chicken from KFC. They were so crispy and still crispy upon delivery. The size of the drum stick was getting smaller. The one I don't like was the content of the package, they should allow to customize the size dishes to fries instead of fixed on whipped potatoes.

this staff LAI YINGHAN made my day! He goes the extra mile and keeps the patrons happy despite the long queues. KFC needs to relook their internal processes but his cheerful attitude of his made the wait a lot better. KFC please give this guy a raise!

Service is extremely bad and unprofessional. It's a Saturday morning without a lot of customers. I have placed my order for 3 KFChicken meals and the counter staff told me to wait and would call me. There's no queue after me at all, so after 15 minutes of waiting, I approached the counter staff again and she said that my order is ready. She then proceed to give me a wrong order apparently belonging to a previous customer. To seek comfort, she told me, well, my drinks are ready. I told her my order again and then she proceed to make 3 burgers, which took another 15 minutes. Really disappointing.

Very cute young man serving at the cashier counter. Speaking very politely trying his best to make the best service to every customer with polite welcome, fast response and nice greetings in many languages. Can feel the positive and happy vibes in the restaurant.

Service is bad, staff cannot be bothered it seems. order took a long time to be prepared and packed. Waited half an hour for online order as there were no more chicken.
