Had the new satay crunch chicken. I thought it was really tasty. Came out properly and was hot and crispy. I did not care for the peanut sauce on the side.

I understand your man is busy at the peak period, wanting us to skip counter order. Your man told me need to wait for the order, but not mean you man turn over busy by saying keep waiting lah like the sound you don’t want take order for me, very rude attitude. Hope you all can do some improvements. Thanks.

Please boycott 888 KFC. This is not the first time I'm encountering issues with this outlet. I ordered 3pcs chicken and told not to have breast meat, but I ended up 2 breast meat and with one seriously small (See image). Besides the chicken, the 3 bowls of personal bowl I have ordered end up with 1 bowl without popcorn chicken, adding to it, another 2 bowl potato taste burned. Lastly, I was also short changed with 1 mash potato. I'm not sure if their staffs were working or sleeping, always having missing item or very bad quality product. Also, ask for extra chill also a pain, they end up giving additional 1 pack from 1 pack for my 3 piece chicken. I hope this outlet get change to other brand. This outlet is hopeless.

Ordered 2 pc meal today at woodlands 888 plaza. Wish to feedback that the soft drinks are horrible. Flat with no bubbles. Tried calling the outlet to reflect but can't get thru the line. Appreciate if the respective branch manager and look into the matter. Thank you

the only KFC outlet i visit whenever i'm in Singapore. its never exactly the best experience, but the morning staff are usually very friendly. i'm here normally for their porridge and cheese fries. (update 2018) their new grilled chicken is pretty good. got a good taste and a decent bite.
