Spacious and clean restaurant. It’s relatively quiet because of its location, but a queue does build up during mealtimes. Staff are nice. But may I suggest that the female staff with the learning disability be assigned to food preparation only instead of order-taking as well? Her food preparation is good but the order-taking doesn’t seem complete. It’d been a long time since I ordered from a KFC restaurant so when I ordered a meal that came with a Zinger burger, 1-piece chicken, whipped potato etc, I failed to specify my drink and preferred chicken (crispy or original). It was only as I watched her preparing the items that I stopped her giving me a normal soft drink instead of the diet version, and the original chicken instead of the crispy. I feel that this should have been asked by the staff if the customer fails to specify it. I was always asked last time.

Thanks to the service crew Deepak...he was quick to change my options of chicken parts where i didnt want any drumstick..changed it to wings instead as there is no more breastmeat.. Vintage environment as i've lived tampines for more than 30yrs...and this kfc was just the same...each time i step in,reminds me of my old childhood...hope this outlet will remain as long as it could...thanks again to deepak 👍👍

A fairly spacious outlet which was relatively quiet on a weekend evening. Tried the Mozzarella Zinger and found it not too bad. A quick fast-food place for a quick meal.

Ordered food from the websites whereby changes are limited therefore decided to call their outlet to make some changes but tried calling at least 10 times and there wasn't even someone to answer the phone .. so who should I call then .
