I've been a frequent customer ordering the same items: It's frustrating that the wrong order is delivered recently and repeatedly 18/9/2022: 091822-111520-106-000172 Satay instead of cripsy 28/8/2022: 082822-175308-106-000846 Satay instead of hot & crispy. Redelivered only to receive 8 instead of 10pcs (feedbacked but no reply received) 2/5/2022: 050222-193417-106-001380 Received 2 boxes of 4 pcs instead of ordered 10 pcs. Order came with 4 pcs of wings i.e. half or 50%

Received a lovely handwritten note with my 2pcs chicken order. Didn't have to wait long for my order despite the lunch crowd either. Thank you for making my day!

I ordered my meal at 8:22 and received it at 9:10. Other orders were prioritized over mine and customers who ordered the same thing, and ordered later, were prioritized. Not to mention all the delivery orders. I don’t think 50 minute waiting time qualifies as a fast food restaurant, do you?

50 minutes waiting time on Monday. (Done order 7:30pm- get the food 8:20pm.) Order machine paper finish. Drink machine water finish. Tea with milk no milk only gave sugar. No chili sauce I used MCD’s. Why not close the order machine if can’t produce.

Ordered when it wasnt crowded but waited 30 mins for satay chicken. Staff dont allow change of chicken type and told me to wait. I almost wanted to give up on my order and walk off. Can be more flexible in allowing customer to change order to similar value or refund using voucher instead of waiting. Its fastfood afterall, cant expect customer to wait as we may be in a rush. Separately , the satay flavour is too salty.
