Worst KFC ever in SG. Do not order from mobile app in this branch. Waited 30 mins after my collection time. They choose to serve physical order over the counter immediately than to clear their backlogs of mobile order. There is even once where 3 physical orders were served before the queue number for mobile order moved. This is extremely terrible considered that KFC recommends contactless ordering in their app. After collecting the food, i check that the food is actually cold because the food is there on the tray all along, but the packing of the food is extremely slow.

Ordered a take away burger and found it cold & harden when I eat it after 10mins. This shows that the food is not freshly made or the heater for food not working. No seating area for this KFC, the seating areas in front (without aircond) seems to be for the zhi char.

Order for delivery, they give the order to panda go late 10 mins. Order arrive the setting in the box is like the chicken, nugget and tender was having a war world 3 like that no appetite at all. Can overall in charge Adeline get back to me on this

I think this branch should open one more counter during peak hour at evening dinner time. Basically one man show Glen. Ask for thigh give me otherwise. Table is full of receipts. If u want business open one more counter . One counter will make you loss your sales!

Just ordered the chicken tenders (3 pieces). Cost is SGD4.50nett. It is so SALTY, it is almost inedible. The texture is a little dry, which i normally would not care about for a mediocre fast-food chain like KFC. The picture i attach is after consuming one and a half pieces. They still use plastic bags to pack takeout foos in this day and age-i don't need the plastic bag. Service is not terrible but also not good enough. The queue was relatively short but i was left standing at the cashier for several minutes eventhough i can see at least five crew standing around that were not completely occupied. I get it that the cashier is the order taker and that person was gone for a short while but a few people standing around... i think can be better since i can see two open cash registers. Thr second cashier appears to be occupied with one other customer who was slow. Ambience is average. It is a small outlet which doesn't have its own tables/chairs for sitting and is set up primarily for takeaway and delivery. It is uncomfortably warm inside the glass doors because of the heat from the kitchen and poorly maintained air conditioner barely blowing from the ceiling. Makes people want to leave as soon as they can. In future, i will get my fried chicken a few doors down.
