Went for dinner yesterday. When I opened up the chili sauce I found a miscellaneous insect leg inside the sauce. I know it’s not the staff’s problem but I just want to give them a feedback regarding this and get a new holder & new chili sauce packs. However, one of the staff was rude and said it’s not their fault, refused to give me new chili sauce packs and asked me to throw away the holder by myself instead. Bad experience to dine in there.

I and my friend thoroughly enjoyed the Kentucky fried chicken one for one offer today. The staff were great. Very hardworking. The manager was especially accommodating although there were lots of people in queue. We are impressed with both the surprisingly tasty meal and the good service. Kudos to all. All the best!

5th October, I and my friends went to this kfc outlet and met Extremely rude service crew lady. Counter was close due to some problem. We were told yo use kiosk to order. Turned out, there was something wrong with our order and we went to the counter to request a cancelation of one extra cheese fries ($3) money is not the problem but we wouldn’t want to waste food. So this LaLa looked at us with a discerning face and next moment she was not even taking us seriously (talk to us while not looking at us, linda like ignoring us) We did asked nicely btw. Not once but twice, we have been treated badly with similar attitude problems. Super disappointed to see KFC standard dropped so much. Upsetting because it used to frequent here. 😢 I urge anyone else would not want to end your day badly… Avoid this outlet.

Its surprisingly not crowded regardless of the time of the day. I've experienced multiple rude customers here while queing but the staffs here seems to be prepared for it. Mostly older generations. The side wall seats although comfortable seems to be dirty. Unfortunately food wise KFC has deteriorated across the island. Plenty of other food options around this area.

Specify no ice for my order and still get a cup full of ice. 😠 The size of the mashed potato and coleslaw are smaller and coleslaw taste not as good
