Service was super slow with 2 staffs ,15mins of waiting on non crowded weekday. Fries are not warm. Ordered 3 boxes and was given 2 with wings and one thigh

Young punks @ KFC oasis is so poor at their service..... I waited for more than 15mins due to fries not ready I waited n I went back home without my cheese fries I paid for....... what's kinda service is that

Do not come here. Outlet was led by a part time manager who did not take her job seriously and was blaming the organization for not being efficient. Items were advertised on the self-checkout counter and LED screens that were not available. On top of that, when I was overcharged for items that weren’t available, the outlet manager did not automatically refund me. I had to ask to be refunded, and the outlet manager then asked me to choose other items from the menu instead of giving a cash refund. The food was disappointing and the coffee was dilluted and basically tasted like lightly coffee-flavoured hot water. Very disappointing experience - in both customer service and food. However, I am glad that the management promptly followed up on the matter within a matter of hours. Someone called to apologise for the entire episode and was very empathetic towards the matter, offered a full refund, and assured me that proper coaching will be done to improve from this episode. Restored my faith in the organization.

Bought 2 sets of 2 pieces chicken. Got one piece hardly have meat(all bones, skin and flour). The other 2 pcs were small (usual small chicken wing and now drumstick also small). The taste also sucks at this store (my sons said so). We Will not visit again!!!!!!!!!¡!!!!!!!

Typically crowded on weekends and meal times. May have to wait for food to be served. However, food items are carefully prepared and satisfying
