The nicest and kindest manager. My daughter accidentally spilled our iced milo and she very kindly asked her staff to give us 1 more cup for free. Very very thankful for that. Appreciate that. We need MORE service staff like that. Dear management of kfc, if you happened to see this review. Do give this manager a raise. Good staff are not easy to find.

Very rude cashier who lectures customer for not getting ready the login of Capitaland app to redeem voucher when he himself the machine is not even powered on too. This could have been done while the customer logs in to the app at the side of the queue. But I was again lectured saying that the machine is only to be powered on when the customer is ready. I was not hogging the queue and told him to let another customer first. And also, food very slow.

I visit at Tampines mall at my lunch time but very disappointed the crew whose work in the food preparation hevdid not put on glove when mixed the chicken with flour and after mixed the chicken he use his hand to wipe the area near the cooking and the side table then continue to do the chicken with the flour without washing his hand , I feel very dirty . Since you put the glass for customers to see the way your crew prepared the foods then he should be guided how to be hygiene and clean. I will not visit KFC again since I saw how he do with his naked hands .

First, when my bf and i entered the shop, a Malay staff told us no space directly and never ask us to wait awhile. the attitude also something wrong. 2nd, I remark in order want to dine in, the staff put everything in plastic bag and call us via number, never mind then. 3rd, we bring the plastic bag to the table, there is no spoon for my porridge, so i went to get spoons from the order counter. After that, no tissue in the plastic bag, i went to counter 2nd times, the Malay aunty said “minta ini minta itu” after I turned my body wanted to back to my seat. What’s wrong, KFC?? Am i wrong to take things from ur counter that u should provide to me? Speak malay though i dont understand? What kind of attitude u provided to customer??
