Ordered a zinger stacker box meal, and they didn't tell me when my order was ready, turns out it had just been sitting there for nearly 10 mins. The chicken wasn't cooked properly and was of poor quality (much much worse than the chicken you would find in Australian KFC's). The chips were cold. The restaurant was very very clean, which was probably the best i can say about my experience.

Visited the KFC fast food restaurant during dinner time. Although there is a crowd, we still managed to get seats! There was a queue for both the counter and the kiosk, so I ordered through the KFC app! The waiting time for the food was relatively short and the staff is quite friendly! I tried the cheesy melts and it tastes quite good! Overall, a good dining experience.

Very disastrous way of organising the food.... the shift manager is absolutely resting in the office and not even bothered on wats ready and wat is needed to be cooked... Waited for 40min for a single order... after continuous follow up for every 10min I clearly asked bfr ordereding that I only need thighs and legs and the person on the counter said yes... and wat u see is nothing is available... Pathetic experience

I have no idea what the staffs are doing. 3 people standing there staring blankly when the orders are stacking. No manager is here to handle anything. Fries were cold. WORST THING IS CHEESE FRIES WITH LITERALLY A SQUEEZE OF CHEESE. IS SO PATHETIC.
