Honestly, standard of KFC dropped so much when compared with those good old days. We went to the outlet at downtown east & what welcomed us was an irritating housefly & it took us a few minutes to guide it out if the glass entrance!! The counter staff were slow in coordinating the orders and the trash area was not properly managed as well. Chicken meats were heavily coated with flour & texture of the chicken was nothing but dry…. Time to look into the SOP & process flow…

Ordered satay chicken and was told unavailable. They called to select other varieties. Ordered spicy chicken and discovered what a horrible food. Not juicy and extremely dry. The look of the chicken It is a big disappointment from Downtown East delivery order. The spicy chicken look not fresh tasted like it been in the warmer for hours and given to me to clear the warmer. This meal is a put off, especially when you are hungry. The staff needs more customers service training and cooking skills. Throw the chicken away. What a horrible service. This a problem with some online order they dump the worst food they see fit. You can get it replace if ordered at the counter. A huge disappointment from a big cooperation. KENTACO WAS SERVED COLD. SOLD AS CHEESE FRIES BUT SERVED WEDGES. Was expecting a good new Kentaco as promoted on the sign board outside the store. Everything was so bad. Will not patronise again

The flossy chicken porridge comes with extremely little floss and chicken. Compare to other outlets.

Order for a customer in front of me and I’m right behind him After he taken his order he look at me and point behind go order at kiosk ar and flip the menu over counter close. What a kill joy. Like what your attitude meant I don’t necessarily have to eat here and I’m sorry you’re having a bad mood working on Xmas day so poor thing. Sometimes things happen for a reason I don’t blame you for what bad experience happen to me but I’m sorry to say I really look down on you too. I just want to order a popcorn chicken take away.
