Qr code was not provided for our table. We tried to pass our order sheet to a service staff but she rudely pointed to the cashier. We had to queue up with the others who had finished their food. Initially i wanted to let it slide, but the food they serve us was horrendous. Please look at their truffle cheese fusili. The first pic is from my last visit and the dry plate of pasta is from this most recent visit. It was tasteless and i had to add pepper to season my pasta. Super disappointing meal and really bad customer service.

I was looking forward to having the baked rice, that tasted so good when I had it as a poor secondary student many years back elsewhere at another location. 😍😍😍 Ordered the baked rice with popcorn chicken and added extra mozzarella cheese as well but.. The baked rice first came out cold at the bottom, and we got the waitress to help bring back to the kitchen to heat it up (actually saw a guy bringing his baked rice plate to the waitress and didn't think much of it before biting into mine). 🤦🏻‍♀️🤦🏻‍♀️🤦🏻‍♀️ After the reheating, the cheese came back looking the right shade of brown and all oozy. But then there is still one part that ain't quite right.. The baked rice felt like it's totally lacking in sauce, which made it taste bland. It's just plain rice left without the cheese after all (had to steal some sauce from the dish my partner was having). 😢😢😢 Would appreciate if able to help work on the above two points. Thank you! 🙇🏻‍♀️🙇🏻‍♀️🙇🏻‍♀️

Total of 3 pax. I personally bought the bulgogi pasta, indication have spicy on it, but what I received was sweet and not spicy..although it was nice to eat, but the sweet taste was quite overwhelming and it was very watery. Is it meant to be soupy/watery? The heart attack Striploin fried rice was a disappointment as the rice was just covered with black soya sauce with no taste at all, the inside of the rice has some white part even... It's seriously bad. We asked for the steak to be cooked medium well, but it came medium rare...will never recommend HA meals. As for the Striploin Combo meal, we ask for medium rare, it came medium well...seem like the beef was put wrongly maybe? What was funny was that the side dish, onion rings, can be counted in fingers as shown in picture.. The only nicest acceptable food was the appetizer we ordered: calamari rings and sambal cheese fries. That was the only thing that made us happy, not forgetting the mushroom soup. It kinda soothe the soul before the actual meal that came afterwards. It was lucky we were super hungry, if not, I think we might just ate a few spoon of it. We definitely will NOT come back again.

The fussily pasta with cheese tasted cheap, plain and was lacking in flavour. Salted egg pasta tasted weird and artificial. The only saving grace was the butter beer. Overall a disappointing experience. Not worth the price paid.

Order shrimp aglio olio and fish&chips. Affordable price and decent portion. But taste wise I think need to improve. Shrimp aglio olio is not garlic and spicy at all. Fish was not fully cooked, raw in the middle part. After sending back the order, the second fish&chip is too oily and French fries is cold. Not sure if they refry the fish with new batter.
