I believe manager is not doing its job and sitting at office ... I came by to ask if i could collect my order Early since they had no customer . But counter lady gave me a just woke up face at 1200hrs and told me just come back maybe later someone will cook early without initiative to tell BOH crew about my order. I believe they both are couples pls have the higher up act accordingly. Extremely bad experience ... Im an excrew with 4 years working experience at pizza hut .

Pizza delivery, food came cold. Pizza was hard and seems reheated. Sides were cold. It felt like they gave yesterday's leftovers for the Christmas set. Maybe thats why Dominos dont need to rely on Xmas promotions for business because their pizzas are good. Pizza hut is just disappointing. And please for a christmas set promotion, none come with drinks for the paid price of $43.40, its not even a value set but rather overpriced.

This branch has the worst service! Crew were just walking back n forth chit chatting while they make me wait for my order for 25 mins! I ordered online and it was just supposed to be for pick up! Ridiculous! Get your pizza somewhere else, not this place!

Went to pizza hut, when I was about to order- the cashier says that waiting time is 40mins as though they don’t want us to order. Waited outside for my order, but every person who came after me via online placement of order got pizza earlier than me. Inspite of waiting 50mins, I didn’t get my pizza. I went in and asked and they said that the pizza was ready long back, you should have come earlier. How do we get to know it’s ready when there is no display TV outside? Can’t they atleast let us know it’s ready? Had ordered a can of drink and the lady forgot to keep it. I had to ask. Their only job is to keep everything as per order, even that is done so lazily. Forget that the pizza we got was burnt at the crust. Looks like pizza hut hires someone out there to make pizzas. On top of that the ambience is so unclean. No dine in is there still the tables and everything is so unclean and has food spilt here and there! What a non hygenic place to even take-away food! Please don’t waste your hard earned money on such pathetic pizzas.

Waited 45 mins for our pizza, came to collect order, cashier went in to check but didn’t bother to come back to tell us it’ll be another 15mins
