Place An Order At 6.24pm.Estimate Delivery 6.54pm.End Up Received With Cold Food At 7.40pm.Did Call The Restaurant , Will Call Me Back in 5 Min After Checking Out With The Rider.End Up No Call Back..

Very new Pizza Hut outlet just beside Bedok decathlon. Quite a spacious and new and clean dining area but nobody was there was I went. We placed our orders online and dropped by to pick up our own. Friendly staff were busy packing to-go orders. Although this is a proper restaurant, it seems like it’s more of a delivery outlet since there’s no one there but orders kept coming in. Everything is made to order, piping hot even after a ride home.

The outlet looks pretty clean and staff are fast on their feet. Order is on time within 15 mins! And good customer service by the manager as well. Keep up the good work!

Order from grab but your staff messed up our orders, there are missing items. We made a trip down to your branch and your staff wasn’t very nice when attending to us. He messed up our order, make us come all the way down when we ordered from grab, make us wait for him to prepare our set again (just the missing items btw means what we already ordered will be cold when he is done preparing what he missed out) and yet he still showed us a bad attitude. Please educate your staff!

Absolutely Rude Branch Manager. Pizza Hut has to send their staffs and especially this branch manager for training on customer service and how to talk politely. Absolutely disgusting to shout at people infront of a crowd stating “ This is not a dining place! “ when asked for a spoon to eat the cheesy mash. If this is not a dining place then why have tables and chairs? why sell food varieties that may require eating with a spoon or fork? I as a customer understand that you staff may be busy in terms of the orders but you have to set your own priorities to ensure that everything goes as smoothly as possible. I’ve read through the other reviews and many are disappointed with the same issue. I hope that this will serve a lesson in mind to the staffs and manager there and also a warning to anyone that wishes to visit this branch. If this this disgusting attitude from the manager continues i will not hesitate to act on it personally because NOBODY DESERVES this kind of TERRIBLE SERVICE.
