Given 3 stars for the food only. Staffs are very lacking in customer service. Should also inform customers if items are unavailable or make other recommendations, not simply change to another item without customers' knowledge.

we arrived the restaurant after a min we ordered. We waiting thr for more than ten minutes, few of the take away boxes came out n put on the table, the staff just standing thr never call us. So we thought it’s not ours. After few more minutes we feel a bit wrong and go and ask the staff, is our order done? Only then the staff take from the table (it’s the first box came out n put on the table). We asked why u nvr call us once it’s done?? the staff reply me “you should check it yourself “. AMAZING STAFF SERVICE! knew we ordered grab food n waited for so long also won’t check with us. Some more the whole restaurant only me(take out) and two dining customers.

Service here is atrocious!! Unfriendly waitresses and unprofessional. I do not recommend you to dine here!! Ordered lychee green tea with no lychee!? Have always been dining in at pizza hut and often order lychee green tea WITH ACTUAL LYCHEE IN THE DRINK. Staff name Danial told us they were running out of lychee and they only had the lychee syrup. There was also this young lady standing at the counter with her friend Danial taking wefie. Requested to pack food as my son fell asleep. She returned with the pack food and her stupid face. So typical of a 'yp minah'. Place is dirty too with tissues seen on the floor. Manager of the restaurant no where to be seen. There was also this senior lady who took away our plate without even asking if we are done. Rude! Does not smile at all. She gives me the impression as though we owed her money. Music was too loud. Staff here totally unprofessional!! Dine in at ur own risk!

Today 25th Dec 2022 (Sunday) at about 7pm.. Myself and my hubby were at the Pizza Hut entrance.. We've asked the cashier that we have total of 10pax.. The cashier said, we need to sit separately.. One at the end, the other at the other end.. While waiting, another lady attended to us telling us to wait as there are no cutleries.. So we're ok to wait.. Then another geek named Sarah, came to us telling, "We CANNOT accept any customers as there are no cutleries.." We've told her that you should have told us earlier.. This lady named Sarah asked in front all us, "So what do you want me to do now?" We've said, "We know that you can't do anything.." She said, "So?.. So??.." For a few times and that's when we've said that we'll wait.. Her colleagues then attended to her first instead of us, their customers.. First of all, we did not see any managers there.. Secondly, we've observed that it's them not attending to their customers well.. We know that it is during PH.. And they're are too overwhelmed but we too have been in this industries before.. No matter what, customer service always comes first... Never argue with your customers but try to resolve the matter by asking & attend to them properly.. So, we ended up leave the place instead.. Thank you for your service Pizza Hut Marina Square.. =)

The food was decent and the service staff though short-handed were courteous and attentive when we could get them. The air-conditioning there is really strong though which resulted in the food going cold really quickly. Try to pick a table that isn't under an air-con vent if you'd like to keep your food warm longer. Oh and watch out for the aglio olio, it was super spicy that day as if there was a surplus of chilli padi that just got piled into the pasta.
