Ordered through the website. The collection time given is very inaccurate. I arrived on time but waited for more than half an hour before I managed to get my order. Instead of giving a short waiting time from the web, I would prefer it to be more accurate so I can plan when I should come to the place. Thanks in advance for considering this fix. Edit: Instead of giving a generic response asking someone to write to your web. Please just inform us when you have fixed the issue and we'll update the reviews.

Very bad experience. Enquire for my order status but the staff deliberately avoiding me. Ask for his name but refused to acknowledge me. He even shouted to me if I can't wait, then cancelled the order. As he went to the kitchen I followed him as I wanted to know about my order. He then shouted loudly "Get out" with a metal piece pointing at me. At this point a senior staff heard the commotion & approached me to find out what happened. I explained to him what happened. I don't condone this behavior at the front counter in a service industry. I was traumatised on this incident. I was apprehensive to make a police report but won't hesitate in future.

Ordered at 8pm for pickup at 836. Reached at 845 and the food wasnt ready yet. Saw that there were people that ordered later than me but their pizza was already ready for collection. Was told it’d be ready in 5mins at 915 and I continued to wait till 940. Staff wasn’t apologetic and didn’t even apologise for the delay. Terrible experience I’d recommend ordering from other stores instead.

Pizza craving is easily satisfied with this neighborhood location within walking distance. Online order is simple and it gives you the option to get the food within 30 mins or hours/days in advance. After ordering, you get an email confirming the time the pizza will be ready (for pickup). The staff is friendly and is ready with the order right on time and at the right temperature. I decided to try the Jili Crab Pizza, a special creation for the Chinese New Year. It is flavorful but sadly, I can't expect real crabmeat for the price.
