Rude staff cutting pizza and throwing pans loudly to express her unhappiness in working in this restaurant. My takeaway order was delayed by several minutes. Having to wait there and listen to the loud noises of pans clashing and banging is just unbearable

Sometimes…pizza hut staff must know what they have in menu to give customer the best option there is… If you have an earlier time for walk in order …then communicate it so public will know… Basic misc like cheese flakes was sold out and u knew you are a pizza eateries…ring any 🔔… Garlic bread is out of stock…common what is wrong with the inventory….AND yet in the receipt Pizza Hut ask customer to feedback and will get a garlic bread…common guys…u joking…

The food is nice and staff is also polite. Just that they often mess up my order, as in that when I order through the Pizza Hut App, Hawaiian Supreme, they give me a beef pizza or something which is not what I ordered. And another incident was that I ordered a pizza, but I cancelled off the beef from the Pizza Hut App, but when it came, there were still beef inside the pizza and had to go back to the store to change, disappointed with how careless they are. Other than that, no more problems. The nugget is like this….

Estimated delivery time was 1.5 hours after ordering, but the food came 3.5 hours later. Tried calling their store number but they didn’t pick up my calls, had to call Pizzahut’s hotline to get an update on my order. Never received a call back from the outlet until the Pizzahut support staff told me that they would raise my issue to higher management. When the food finally came, it was the wrong order. At least I got my order amount refunded.

Ordered pizza hut from le quest is a worst . Pizza is so dried and overcooked, the shape is not round and the staff cannot cut a pizza properly. Disappointed.
