Pizza hut is still way better than dominos. In terms of both consistency and quality and generosity of toppings And i have been working at dominos for the past 8 years as a rider. Just make sure u order early and not on busy periods

Ordered seafood deluxe with additional cost $2.15 via Grab. Pizza staff called to say flavour is out of stock and informed that they were unable to refund. So I changed flavour to one with no additional cost and Pizza staff agreed to replace the extra $2.15 I paid with Pepsi. Order came, no Pepsi. Utterly disappointed by their service recovery. Firstly, unable to refund. Secondly, promise not delivered. Pizza Hut now owes me $2.15. Amount may be small, but where’s your integrity? Fraud. Disgusting.

This Pizza Hut was said to be open at 1100, but it is currently 1115 at the moment, and they still have not opened up the Pizza Hut. I am very hungry :(

Don't bother ordering from the website. It was supposed to take 2 HOURS. In the end the food DID NOT ARRIVE. I called the joint (have since waited for 3 HOURS) but this time, they couldn't even find my order! If you think this is fast food, think twice, or more. If I were having dinner at a fine dining restaurant, I would have finished my food by now. So the staff promised to refund (of course) and still deliver the food for lunch tomorrow. I shall wait and see. Something can be done to inform customers of delay. If food panda, grab food, etc. can provide such service, I'm sure an international pizza joint that offers delivery can do that too.

Ordered from there two times. The first time I was told my pizza had been delivered even though no one came, and it finally arrived 30 minutes later but by then I had made a new order. Second time I waited more than one hour, the delivery guy rang but never came up to bring the pizzas, so waited more than one hour for absolutely nothing. You should do something about that.
