This branch is always crowded .cashier is friendly but the cleaner auntie who can be quite rude .eve time we go there she always stare at us eating even at cashier wonder why she did that making me and my friend so uncomfortable like rushing us to eat finish faster than is ridiculous as we just been there a few mins this is a kind of body gestures bullying as she only do that to certain people . previously also she walk past me and banged me even I told her she rudely accuse me pls do something this is not acceptable very bad service. Also the friedchickens are hard dry and cold not fresh in noon.

one rule or even basic service, tell the customer if its gonna be a long wait of around 30 minutes… I can’t possibly be playing a game of when is my food ready. at least inform me? 30 minutes is a lot especially when i turn up to a fast food restaurant expecting to get fast service food. just doesn’t make sense to me.

Standard has dropped tremendously. The flour on our original fried chicken was thick like “spicy” version. Chicken skin was hard & not crispy. It felt like it was left outside for quite awhile. I’ll just stick to popxxx or Arnxxx next time.

I tried many of KFC Outlets, this is one of my favourites KfC outlet as the chickens served was fresh and delicious. The side dishes taste fresh and juicy as well. Professional service and good attitude provided by staff.

Bought Shopee E coupon during National Day flash Deal, it’s expiring in Aug Thus came to redeem. Maybe I didn’t read the terms probably so I went queue and wanted to redeem at counter, then only told I needed to redeem it via KFC app. What a hassle ! Bought 2 coupons and both had different redeem methods ( one just required copying down code, another one needs to memorise and key in app). really Struggling. And the number calling LCD was down, it’s difficult to listen 👂/check if my queue had reached 😞. Fyi, Np KFC does serve breakfast (not all outlets serving bf Taste wise…. i bought zinger burger 🍔 but somewhat it had some unexpected spiciness and cereal taste in it 🤨, so did strips . Anyway liked the fries 🍟
