New place! Quite a great atmosphere if you’re looking for a quiet place to dine. The service maybe slow, i think it’s only fair as they may be new crew. Can be further improved always. :) The floor is abit sticky ahah. But it’s quite standard for fast food chains sometimes. Hopefully they have time to clean it soon. I see most people reviewed about the service slow… which mostly can occur anywhere at anytime. Just have a little patience. Dun be hun-gryyy about it. Everyone deserves a good day. 😊

Overall service and atmosphere is good, however food wise wasn't. Ordered a double Angus burger with 1 of the 2 patty undercooked. After eating a third of the burger, I could see redness within the patty

I had my food delivered wrongly and was frustrated when the food delivery service could only provide refund that did not cover the cost well. However, i was lucky as i called into the restaurant and the manager, Razali, was able to rectify and solve the issue swiftly and rather decisively. I really appreciate the dedication and effort to get the right order sent to me, it was an overall well good experience 👍😁

I can’t comment on the quality of food compared to other outlets as I’ve ordered something I’ve nvr eaten from BK. This outlet can work on the speed of having orders met as it took 10mins after purchase to arrive with outlet only having 2-3 customers ahead of us. Data reception at the inner most seat closest to the glass panel is poor.

if you love extremely slow service. this is the place for you. I dont know what the manager is even doing, even when Dine In customers are all waiting, they still attend to the Grabfood orders which is really ridiculous. staffs are all students and is suffering from the lack of manpower. Management needs to do something about it, fast food? nah, ITS SLOW FOOD!
