Bad customer service. Staff were busy fulfilling grab orders and letting walk-in customers wait. And the entire counter is already filled with uncollected grab orders. The obese female cashier was talking in a condescending tone as well. She asked me what tender mode I’ll be using and I showed her my card from my Apple Pay. It kept declining then I told her it’s AMEX. She then told me I have to tell her it’s AMEX because it’s difficult. What? She then told us waiting time is at least 15 mins and we said ok. When we collected our food, the burgers and wings are all cold. Only my onion rings are mildly warm. The obese female cashier was also very stingy when it comes to chilli sauce. Lol Lastly, I found some foreign objects floating around my drink. Disgusting.

Salmon Yuzu burger! Salmon is so meaty and less flour/crust! Yuzu sauce lightens the fry/oil taste! Definitely much better than Macdonalds salmon burger which had way too much flour and fish is nearly visible

Used to like eating at BK but not anymore. Or maybe on Bukit Panjang outlet. The burger was not hot...its already cold. The onion ring was overcook and its burnt. Seems like they cook back the onion ring. Was really upset. Please do something about the food.

I ordered a box with tendercrisp in it. But I wasn't allowed to change the beverage from coke to iced Milo. How awful! I had a burning sensation in my mouth, and I didn't want to spend more money just to buy a single cup of Milo. The waiting line was long and the staff seemed to be a newcomer—didn't know how to handle customers on her first time. Had I got my Milo that day, I won't complain much about it. Also, it's said on the receipt that I'll get another cup of coke on my next visit if I show them the receipt. Why isn't it a discount? Why does it have to be a cup of coke? It's not everyone's cup of tea, and yet it's unhealthy! Why do you force American diet to Asians?! I definitely won't come again.

Ordered 2 whopper burger via food panda and both of the burger tasted gross. I couldn't even finish half of it. I had to throw it away. It was nauseating What happened to BK's Whopper these days? Are you guys trying to cut cost by providing us gross tasting burger???
