My favourite place for craving nasi lemak. Is rice is Basmati rice,thin and long in shape,it absorbed water well so rice will not be 'wet'. Which I liked most. Ikan bilis is crispy. The chicken wing is crispy even keep 2 hours later. Food wise is yummy and service-wise friendly too.

My order had missing items which I only discovered after I got home. How to trust these ppl? Lesson learnt means you need to open the box and see that you get what you ordered! Besides this, the quality has dropped a lot. Not that it’s such great “nasi lemak” in the first place….

I'm not sure if it's only this outlet but the chicken wing tasted rather bland. The meat tasted like it wasn't seasoned. I don't remember it being this way. The portion seems smaller than other outlets too. On a side note, the hygiene level of the workers is poor. Saw one of the worker stacking and arranging the food in the pots. When the food fell off and landed on the table, he just picked it up and put it back in the pot. Don't think the food should be stacked in such a manner that it will fall off the pot and onto the table.

This outlet has lousy customer service. The lady claimed that she called me maby times for collection but I didn't hear at all. Her voice is so soft! Please change some one has louder voice to call for the collection. Also, I ordered Royale but end up it doesn't comes with fillet which Royale suppose to have!

Ordered a Nasi Royale and they forgotten to include chicken wing. Edit - Mr.Haidir from the outlet have contacted me and offered a replacement order after I have provided feedback by the relevant channel. Updated my review upon the service recovery by Crave.
