Cannot imagine how can they employ a staff who cannot even take simple order. Told the staff 2 chocolate & 1 cheese, repeated 3 times because the staff ask what is the order again & again. The cashier also cannot take it & repeated my order for the 4th time to the staff. After picking up the pancakes, I told the staff to make sure my orders are correct because kids are super particular about it. Told me the order is correct in an impatient tone. Upon reaching home, the order turned out to be 1 cheese, 1 chocolate & 1 red bean!!! Really champion to be able to hire this kind of staff.

bought pearly taro before a few times. today dis drink was vy diluted..cannot taste soy milk at all. also the price used to be $2.80 but now increased to $3.

Very2 bad service,My mom went to purchase 2 cheese,2 choco,2 peanut butter.When she got home i check only 1 is correct wth.The rest is change with tuna or egg and mayo but outside written choco.Definitely won’t come back again.How can you mess this up🙃
