Previously I went there the staff service was excellent. Today a young female staff talking on the phone, while I walk in to order, she can’t be bother to hang up the call with or ask the caller to hold-on so I have to wait for a few minutes. She seems new because she placed my soy milk cup in a plastic bag, instead of plastic bag holder for either paper or plastic cup! Very bad service!!! Will not visit this store again!!

I've passed by this place four times, and on two of those occasions, there was no staff in sight. It baffles me how a business can operate like that. On one visit when staff were present, the employee was leisurely chatting with a coworker instead of promptly taking my order. I gave this place another try because the food appeared healthy and I believe in giving second chances. However, my return visit only confirmed my initial impression, as the staff member named Nora (young lady) exhibited a very poor attitude. I highly discourage others from eating here.

Had to walk a fair bit to find this branch tucked away in the very far end of Chinatown Point basement… the shop was fairly empty and looks like it’s almost sold out. I went there on a Friday night 8pm, and was glad they had everything on the menu from pancake, tauhuey, to ice cream… The staff who attended to me was friendly and suggested we try their bestseller pancake - Orh Nee Mochi, Redbean, Cheese. And of course I’ve to give it a shot!

The staff working the evening shift on September 27th seemed either eager to leave or in a bad mood. Their attitude wasn't very friendly, as if nobody owed them anything. If you feel that the service industry isn’t a good fit for you or you don’t enjoy interacting with people, you could consider working in the tech industry or choosing a behind-the-scenes role.
