2 stars for the overall experience. 5 stars for the extremely hard-working and friendly crew. But 1 star for the greedy management. Manpower is clearly lacking. Expect a wait of 15-30 min each time as the poor staff struggle to clear delivery orders from Grab, Foodpanda and walk in. Sometimes walk-in customers get ignored for a quite a long time because there are just too many delivery orders waiting.

Been patronising this branch since I moved here last year. Good service. Bad experience today - waited 5 minutes in line seeing the staff being swamped with delivery orders and customers in line being turned away due to the long waiting time as they prioritised the deliveries first. What a way to turn away paying customers and losing sales just like that. Was told I had to wait 10 mins for cheese pancake and 15 mins for rice balls. Staff was very overwhelmed with the GF and FP delivery as well as pickup orders. Look into better staffing and order management!

Staff friendly. But really slow in sevicing customer. Expect to wait 15 to 30 min just to order soya bean drink and pancake. If you order any rice bowl or porridge. Expect to wait even longer.

The food at Mr Bean is good. Always patron them for their pearly taro. However, the manpower at Fajar branch is always no enough. Came today which was a Sunday and there was only one person working? As usual there was more than 5 people queueing. Took me 20 mins to get a cup of pearly Taro. Saw someone went to complaint to the only staff there….

horrible. there's no designated line to queue at so there's many people cutting through the queue. today an aunty cut my queue and the cashier took her order instead of mine eventhough I was very patiently and obviously waiting before her. a sincere apology would've been nice from the cashier but they ignored their mistake
