5 stars for the cheese pancake which I’ve tried for the first time. I only ordered one but because I liked it and came back for more. I ordered another 5 with one free. Minus star for the drink. I ordered a taro drink (50% sugar) which is not ok for me. It’s also my first time to try it but I didn’t really like it and I didn’t really tasted a taro.

Bought 2 Taro Soya Milk yesterday from Bedok outlet, both 50% sugar with less pearls. Not sure if they mixed up the drinks order, but it's highly unlikely.To my dismay, both drinks were unsweetened and had no taro taste at all, honestly felt like drinking unsweetened soy milk with purple food coloring. As per the picture, there was just a layer of pearls which surprisingly did not help to sweeten the drink as a whole either. Personally, there service there was fine, but slow even with 3 staffs in the outlet. And there was no one standing at the counter to take orders when there was a small queue. For these reasons, even though the Bedok Outlet is much closer to my home, I'd rather visit the Paya Lebar Outlet instead for the Taro Soy Milk to fix my cravings. Even with regular ice, the drink still taste adequately sweetened with Taro flavour by the time I reach home. Further more, the service is much faster at Paya Lebar as well, even on Sundays where there is always a long queue, I still manage to get my order within 2-5 minutes if waiting in line, compares to at Bedok where I was the first in the queue but my order came out after a good 5 - 7 minutes wait.

this review is on the outlet in sheng siong supermarket beside the bedok interchange hawker centre. i had to stand there for a good 5 min until the staff noticed me, said politely “excuse me” and she gave me a rude look (a malay female) she then ordered a chinese coworker to attend to me and i ordered a hot pearly soya and a chocolate pancake, double checked my order to ensure it was correct. end up i got tuna pancake, like excuse me?? and my drink was served in the hot cardboard cup, how am i going to put the straw in to get my pearls? this has NEVER HAPPENED before when I went to paya lebar outlets and hot pearly soya were still served in the transparent plastic cup so i can poke and drink my pearls as well. The customer service and experience I had at this outlet was disgusting, wrong order and wrong cup used for my orders. Messing up BOTH is not accepted. Mr Bean, please at least properly conduct trainings for staff so they know how to prepare drinks and also follow orders correctly. This is atrocious! What an unpleasant experience.

One of the fatty chinese girl with Spectacles who at bedok mall was so rude. When you call her she will pretending like never heard. The worst thing is the shop officially operating from 8am. When i was there at 9:45am, she told me the shop is still not operating but I could see the pancakes are ready. How come the company will employed this kind of staff?The outlet manager should take action into this issue as soon in order to keep your shop run good of the business.

Ordered x2 (3 in 1) with normal sugar and another without sugar. But both came without sugar when I reached home. Healthier, but the flavour doesn't sit well with me.
