Super horrible outlet staff were not friendly n scolded me the cb word when I asked her for my order she pressed the wrong one even tho I told her multiple time meatball rice n an icy coffee I ordered at around 12+ got my order at 1.20pm .. won't be going to amk hub outlet the next time .. only one of the staff were kind enough to tell me when I'm gonna get my item the other 3 staff were really rude to other customers too .. please do take into consideration on ur staff attitude..

Kaya cheese pancake. Fillings were adequate, however the pancake batter was quite thick at the side, tasted quite doughy and can be improved.

Recently went there to buy a soya bean drink. The attitude of the staff was appalling. There's a customer who had trouble finding where is the dustbin in this interchange & ask 1 of the staff for advice. She just replied rudely to the customer in Mandarin, at that side "去那边". And then she immediately commented to her colleague that the man who asked her was 斯文败类!! I was shocked to hear that being said in my presence. This stall staff regard their customers as 斯文败类just because they'd problem finding the dustbin and...

Worst outlet of all the Mr Bean shops I've visited. Horrible customer service and got my order wrong; only discovered when I got home.
