This lady by the name of Jing Yi has no service demeanour. I believe she is the in charge of this store. Rush, brush people off, does not seem to be wanting to serve. Eye power game is strong whilst the rest is working. Do not deserve to be the supervisor if she is one, not passionate about her work.

5 stars for all 4 female staff who were working on the night of 25th Jul. I was there after 10pm and they still took in my orders despite preparing for closing. Informed me to wait 10minutes as they had to make a new batch of pancakes for new orders. For that, I was thankful as I had food to eat after work, and grateful to the service crews at Mr Bean Woodlands Bus Interchange for taking in my orders (and few other customers' orders too past 10pm) and their warm service.

Staff ZHAO JINGYI is very rude. (Location: Mr Bean Outlet @ B1-06 Woodlands Integrated Transport Hub) She served me on 8 August 8.30pm. The counter did not give me my receipt and when I took it myself, ZHAO JINGYI snatched the receipt from me and shouted "This is not your receipt, you cannot take it! Tear it!" Then she gave me the wrong receipt of others. ZHAO JINGYI is very impatient and took my order wrongly. I ordered beancurd and soymilk, she asked for sugar level of beancurd, and when I said 50%, she immediately told the staff behind "BOTH 50% for beancurd and soymilk". But she did not ask for sugar level of soymilk and just ASSUMED both orders are same sugar levels! I had to correct the staff behind by saying "My soymilk is 0% sugar!" Horrible service. ZHAO JINGYI should be fired immediately.
