I have patronised Mr Bean SG outlets at different locations over the years being a soya milk lover. Despite the unpleasant experiences some customers have had as reflected in their reviews particularly of the customer service there, i am thankful for the patience & understanding of a staff at the Causeway Pt outlet by the name of Xiuping. Earlier today, i did not have any cash with me. The convenience of being able to pay with NETS &/or Paywave at many retail stores across the island has saved me the trouble of having to queue at ATMs for cash withdrawal. Despite the reassurance in a seemingly cashless society, the NETS machine at Mr Bean Causeway Pt had unfortunately malfunctioned this morning. The cash-strapped me was in a dilemma whether to cancel the order or walk to the nearest ATMs that would take at least 20 to 30 mins back & forth depending on the queue. In the face of my predicament, there was no sour face or bad attitude shown, Xiuping gently & politely said it is ok, pay later. It is a small gesture which i truly appreciate. A little patience & understanding indeed goes a long way. Thank you!

I am a Vegan. I ordered vegetarian Jade Tofu Porridge and was given the non vegetarian porridge instead. I waited for a while for the porridge to be prepared. The staff came out of the kitchen with 2 containers of porridge and packed one of the porridge for me saying that is the vegetarian porridge. I took a few spoonful of the porridge when i reached home and found that it tasted funny. On closer look, I realized that there is meat inside the Porridge. I am so unhappy with the mistake made by the staff and I was made to eat meat without me knowing.

Ordered 3-in-1 and cold grass jelly soya drink. They gave me normal hot soya drink. Mess up cold/hot, nvm, but where the grass jelly? There was no queue only me so not sure how they got it wrong.

food poisoning from hainanese porridge 🤮 Provided Feedback to mr bean. Asked for my number n was referred from one staff to another. All kept saying they take this very seriously n made me repeat myself over n over again. I dont what was that for. Magic power in ur "care" thru text?? Horrible experience on top of the food poisoning. Boycotted ever since
