They were patient and friendly but instead of charging us for the buy 5 get 1 free they overcharged us an additional one we did not recieve(charged us 6 instead of 5) an extra hazelnut

Famous and casual fast food, known for its bean cake. They have lots of menu, but when I visited most of them were not available.., maybe it’s due to late visit, they wanted to close. Taste was as good as other stall, it’s good choice for visitors of this hospital.

Will always get the soya ice cream whenever pass by any Mr Bean outlet. Very healthy. But not today. Not this store. It was witnessed one of the staff auntie, did not wash hands after using the restroom. Wouldn't want those hands on my ice cream. Disgusting.

The pancake taste horrible.. Totally doff3fr most of the stores. Attitude of the staff also not acceptable. If not happy to work, pack and go.. Because everyone talking to you are in a nice tone

Order the Ginger Tangyuan. Be warned, the Tangyuan were grossly overcooked and super mushy. Such a waste with poor preparation of good food.
