I went to the kk hospital branch (women's tower) at about 2pm on the 15 Oct 2022 (Saturday). I wanted to order some food and drink to deliver to my wife who was in the ward. Your shop closes at 4pm over there. There was definitely over an hour left to closing time and she said this to me, "I am closing shop in 1 hour time, sorry no more food, only drinks." She switched off all the lights and started turning customers away. I am surprised that there is business but you all don't want. I didn't get the staff name but it was a middle age chinese lady. Terrible.

Love the coffee during a rainy day. Printed on the take aways bag was "I don't care how late it is, die die must have breakfast" - so true :)

HORRIBLE COFFEE & WORST KAYA BUTTER TOAST in whole Singapore. May 27th 2021 around 5 pm I ordered Coffee and Kaya Butter (KB) Toast, The Coffee was worst worst taste full strong and so much sweet. and KB Toast was not toasted properly and horrible taste. The lady prepares the Coffee and KB Toast was so lazy and doing their job for name sake. I got sick (Puke & severe headache ) After having the Coffee and KB Toast from this Heavenly Wany - KK hospital outlet. I wont recommend this place to anyone 0.00%.

Pretty impressed with the staff for remembering my coffee order always. Some instances, my coffee is already prepared by the time its my turn to order. Kudos to the Filipina staff-sorry I do not know her name.

Service was not good. Bought a cup of coffee and the cup could not be sealed properly. Ended up spilling it and causing some inconvenience to the hospital staff.
