Had an enjoyable dinner at Burger King newest outlet in Kinex! This fastfood restaurant is very spacious and clean. I’m happy with the quality of their long chicken burger and cheese fries. It’s open until 10pm daily.

Grew up loving Burger King breakfast & digged it 😋 however, the standard hasn’t been the same for years. However, I still try it every now & then and have found that different brunches’ standards may vary. So I’m constantly trying it in hope to find back that taste I liked growing up 😂 KINEX’s are decently good & I enjoy coming back here to have breakfast. Hash brown that’s crispy on the outside and soft on the inside + croissant with melted cheese & thinly-sliced ham (like champagne ham). Croissant isn’t as fantastic. A bit dry & not fluffy enough. But overall, no complaints when put together. ☺️

Nice BK here in Kinex. Burgers are standard classic BK burgers as usual, nothing much. The Gourmet Garlic Angus Beef Burger is good. Nice garlicky sauce with garlic chips which compliments the beef burger well. The garlic fries is also nice but too much of it can be bad too.

Really poor service and racist. No sense of courtesy or even the need to inform customer's politely. I was there at 8pm with a toddler and in queue 2 people in front of me for cash counter order. Waited for 30 minutes and when my turn came the lady staff just ignored and continued with packing orders and distributing the orders. Despite knowing I'm still waiting for another 20 minutes without being served. An elderly uncle who works there told I'm waiting she just told him to inform me to use card on the app system. I'm being a foreigner and don't have a card hence I opt for cash payment. I informed the uncle I'm foreigner without any cards only able to make cash payment. He just walked away. I then approached the lady back and she refused to look or listen, I asked her can u serve me and her response was I informed uncle to tell u to use card. I tried to explain my situation sadly she's not bothered. I understand she's busy but my question is she could have informed me after serving the 2 person before me and told me that she can't serve me rather than waste my time or at least have a courtesy to know that not everyone are locals and as a foreigner not all have cards with them. Didn't expect this in Singapore very disappointing 😕 😞

I had a wonderful experience dining in here at Kinex BK! The service is quite faster compared to other fast food and the crews are very cheerful despite the busy time serving the customers.
