Spicy chicken was good BUT the original flavour taste like rubbish! I normally prefer original flavour but totally cannot accept it Not sure if the issue apply to whole sg kfc or just this branch. Please fix your original flavour chicken.

I would say food quality wise is standard KFC quality. However the staff behavioural are unacceptable. I live nearby hence i would usually buy my KFC from this outlet and i have experience a lot of unpleasant occasions not only to me but my family members too. Once, my grandmother who didn't know how to speak english ordered a popcorn snacker box which includes a drink. However she did not receive her drink and when she let the staff know she just ignored her. Another time when i asked for 2 original chicken and 1 crispy, the staff gave me the other way round and when i confronted her she gave me a grumpy look and insisted that she gave 2 original until i told her to check. These type of behaviour towards customers are utterly unacceptable. Giving unpleasant looks and grumpy tone when you are in a wrong? KFC needs to do something about the staff here. I would say occasionally a few times this happens its ok but it always happens repeatedly.

Honestly the worst KFC outlet I've been to. Wanted to order a burger there around 30 minutes before closing, but cashier say don't have (Clearly there was sufficient buns and ingredients, the cashier was too lazy to make). Decided to order chicken with cheese fries instead. Came back home to find out that they did not give me cheese fries. Luckily called the store's management for refund. Cashier was also rude, talking loudly at the customer. Management should do something about the staff here. Please don't go to this KFC outlet, go to other KFC outlets.

The manager name raja Beirut is us from jalan bukit merah no minus to call the stuff oil the stuff all got name why the manager be root with the all the stuff please stay ashamed with this manager
