Ordered for lunch today, meal for two for 32 bucks via Grab. My gosh, i really need to be rude here because I think you guys are cheating. 3 drumsticks and 2 thighs. The drumsticks size are pathetic and the thigh? barely any meat. you guys truly are so pathetic. This is the last time I will spend money on KFC. Competitor are so much better and bigger chicken

Worst and most pathetic KFC branch. Megrea portion (all wings) over fried to the point of chicken being dark colored, dry and hard to chew (like eating rubber). Restaurant should just close or have an entire re-training of staff on how to cook KFC chicken for its juicy tender taste. Shouldn't even be 1 star.

Worst experience ever - manager serg tell us 10 to 15 min rider coming (this is after 2 hours from time of order already) and up till 1130pm rider nowhere to be seen. Hungry stomachs, paid order, and absolutely disappointed. kfc Used to be decent but it's really just going down the drain.

Ordered 5 pieces of chicken. The quality is poor and disappointing. It is not piping hot, not even warm. I know kfc has some SOP on when to fry the chicken. The 5 pieces I had felt like they have been fried hours and hours ago. It was also not tasty at all. Maybe kfc can train your staff properly.

Extremely poor service, long waiting time with grumpy staffs. Please train your girl Shannon well if not please just chug her at back, she really will just spoil someone’s entire day early in the morning. Thank you
