staff gave us extra meals. we said that we didnt order but they insisted that we did. after we ate it they came back to ask for the money back because we didnt order it. in the end they said that we had to pay 12 dollars but when paying they then said 13 dollars. worst kfc experience

The queue was extremely long and there was no one manning the counter except for one poor old lady. Used the app to order and waited very Long because no one was preparing the orders. The restaurant was in an utter state of mess and no one is cleaning up. Cheese fries barely has any cheese on it. What is going on? The chicken was also of really bad quality. Dark coloured meat with dark spots. I don’t care if it’s part of the chicken. It’s just bad presentation in general. Get better quality chicken.

One of my drumstick was swapped out for a thigh or breast without them telling me. If special requests are not allowed they should be informing the customer at the point of order instead of swapping out without even telling the customer. This is not the first time it has happened and it is a waste of my money. I am paying for something that is not what i ordered. Extremely unsatisfied.

tender burger so disappointed, tender not crispy & the meat have a weird taste, & All Star Box 2pcs chicken original standard drop too.

There is always a loud noise from a power generator accompanying your meal. Staff don't care about incoming customers and will ignore you for up to 5 min. Nothing new for KFC though. Lastly, food is terrible compared to other outlets.
