Had been tried dine in here for many times since they opened. Had a mixed experience every time dine in here. Service as usual, need to continuous improvement. Most staffs seems like part timer/ students which we can’t expect much. Food is nice, hope can maintain the standard. Serving speed is fast compare to take away order. Now as they moved to mobile order, no physical menu given and hence a bit troublesome, as the mobile order page not very user friendly.

Ordered one regular size pizza. It's good. But waiting a full 40min for it is just not worth it. I don't know if they forgot about my order until later or something. But a pizza shouldn't take that long.

Located at Bedok Mall, Basement B2. Pizza Hut is a crossroad of the escalator and, it is placed strategically beside KFC. Best eaten when the food is served, hot and crispy. The order will be using QRCode. Service is fast and you can seek help from the service crew. Pizza Hut do have special deals online or self collect.

I ordered online for self collect, when collected, as afternoon, almost empty on all tables for dine in, I want to eat in, but the staff rejected me they said ordered online cannot dine in because the price is different, even almost all the tables are empty. will not order again from you.

Kids friendly place. Order a main course and get a kids meal for free. The regular pizza cost minimally $22 and is rather small. Taste is what you would expect from Pizza Hut. Good service and average food.
