ordered take away at the shop. when i walked in to ask if the pizza is ready then she started packing it, she asked if i needed plates, i said yes, but she didnt give any. even though the pizza was ready, staff lets you continue waiting. she said even if the pizza is ready, they will not notify customers that food is ready even if they are just outside, until they walk into the store to ask about it.. what bothers me is she sees us standing outside the glass window/door (there isnt a lot of room to wait inside), but she just lets us wait indefinitely. she could wave to let us know the pizza is ready. it makes me wonder if i shouldve checked in more with them if its ready…

ordered via foodpanda and opted for pick-up. clearly stated in the order that its a pick-up order and that i have to directly collect from the restaurant. yet when i wanted to collect, they said a rider had already collected my order. told them i opted for pick-up which means they did not check properly before handing it out to the rider. they did not apologise nor own up to their mistakes. and no, i did not get my order :-)

Ordered delivery on a rainy night but it turned out to be horrendous. Absolutely worst choice to have ordered pizza again from pizza hut after 9 months. Total regret. The Christmas super pan was soggy and ingredients fell apart when I tried to lift it. The bbq chicken hand stretched thin crust wasn’t even cut into pieces properly and ingredients were sparse and fell out immediately. The crust and the ingredients were separate and the crust was tough for one, and soggy for the other right in the middle. I felt like I’m eating tough bread. Terrible cooking. Please don’t bother trying unless you want to throw your money away. Not patronising again. I don’t even want to hear any explanation. For this price, I’ve had better pizzas. Oh and before I forgot, there were neither chilli flakes nor cheese packets that came with the delivery. Disaster. No excuse, Pizza Hut.

The staff was very friendly , was a guy with glasses. Highly recommended and will definitely visit again. The food was hot and delicious. Very generous in portion as well!!

Hawaiian pizza has thick dough base which is my favorite style, eat with balsamico vinegar, yummy!
