Glad that the 3 plus 1 pie offer is on this month. Love the chicken pies. There is room for improvement in their packaging though. The packaging is uniform in all the Prima Deli outlets. They are flimsy and the size is only meant for 3 pies. However, sales staff always try to squeeze 4 pies in the container resulting in the flakes of the pies dropping off and the pies are squashed. Polar offers boxes even for 2 pies if customers request. Not demanding Prima Deli to do the same but perhaps buy at least 2 sizes of packaging to accommodate different number of pies purchased by customers.

Tasted like a sweet marshmallow. Nothing like waffles. Updated: CS requested me to email them personally but no replies from them after 3 days

Ordered a hazelnut chocolate waffle ($2.20) and was severely disappointed :( it’s the most expensive flavour and barely a scrape of chocolate filling was put on the waffle. the chocolate was also VERY dry and hard 😭

Specifically waffles - it’s not like the other branches where the waffle is slightly crispy on the outside. This is the first branch where the waffles were soft and floppy, a bit gross and disappointing. 100% save your calories for HK egglet waffle instead.
