Malay female staff, Fariah. Very rude and extremely bad attitude. The way she look and talk to customers like they are wasting her time. I think she is just lazy and want to sit around to do nothing. Thats why talk to customers like they owe her a living.

There is a Malay bespectacled female staff with questionable hygiene standards. Fairah her name (if not wrong). She was mopping/sweeping floor and immediately handle the food. She should wash her hands before handling food if she was performing cleaning right before.

The sugar roll at this branch is not really that good base on what we have before. I hope it is just this branch and not all the polar puff and cakes outlets.
