I was at your Seletar Mall branch for more than half an hour today. Your staff dun know how to use the Shopee promotion voucher that I bought and still want to argue. Please train your staff and refund my voucher!

Visited Seletar Mall store around 10.30am today 25 April 2022. Sale woman was staring at bills and did not attend to me although there is no Q, worst of all, she still ignoring me after i pressing the bell for assistance...end up i just walk away without buying any items. What kind of service is this!
