Poor service by the Malay auntie who seems to give attitude to people buying offer items. The manager (unsure male or female) is equally cold and not customer oriented.

Nothing like a piece of vegetarian puff from Polar Puffs and Cakes. It’s tasty and must try snack for a nice rainy evening.

Good puff, quality cakes, i will give a 5 stars for that. But the staff service I received yesterday was really bad. Right after I bought a cake, i realised I got the wrong flavour and requested to change on the spot. The staff just refused to change and the reason is that it is troublesome. Since it was 11am in the morning, there wasn't other customers around. They definitely have the time to do the quick change but they just refused to do it despite several request.

I would like to sincerely thank Polar Puff & Cakes from the bottom of my heart for having the option to purchase a Photocake. Without this service, my friend's birthday would not be complete.
