What has happened to prima deli and their waffles lol it has only gotten worse as time goes by. Bought a peanut one today, it looked absolutely sad, soft and soggy. Cant get over the fact that they charge so much more compared to other bakeries. I would say any other bakery can make waffles thats better than prima deli's.

Was at the waterway point outlet during xmas time. They have a wide variety of xmas cakes. Looks nice and very festive.

Saw on google that they close at 9:30pm, tried calling them but no one bothered to answer. As wife was craving for a waffle, I went out to buy. Reached around 8:55pm and there was a lady in queue who took a while. When it was my turn it is 8:57pm, just 2 minutes past their last order time of 8:55pm and the guy refuse to take my order even though I was delayed by the lady in front and he is still making waffles at that point. When I begged him and explained that my pregnant wife is craving, he smirked. How rude!

I initially ordered the waffles just now for dinner and then changed my mind and ordered different flavour instead. The waffle maker didn’t show any unhappiness but returned with polite smile 😊 The waffles are yummy too. Definitely will buy again

I would like to complain on the waffles maker from Waterway Point. When I just arrived with my 2 children, there was only 1 person queuing infront of me, and I thought she already placed her order. And go ahead and tell your waffle maker on my order. "2 plain please" Instead of telling me nicely that the person infront had yet to order. She scolded me in mandarin "Can't you see the person in front of you have not order? Still dare to cut queue?" (CONTINUE ROLLING HER EYES ON ME). How would I know the person in front of me already placed her order or not when I just arrived? What kind of service is this? If not because of my toddler want to eat your waffle I wouldn't even buy from prima deli again. Worse experience I ever had in my life.
