?????? Barely spread any peanut butter and the waffle is so thin, texture is dry and hard. Prima deli's waffles were never like this. Told the person in charge of the waffle about my waffle, she did offer to make a new one for me but the attitude she gave was just not it, so I rejected bc it's a waste if I didn't eat my current one. Please train your staff to make proper waffles and serve with the right attitude

i love the waffles here but the staff that is in charged of the waffle station dont look like shes deemed fit for her tasks and is very rude, i have photos of the waffles she made with the whole cheese not even on the waffle

No queue but when i was about to place the order, the staff snapped at me saying “waffle 20 minutes” owner please retrain the staff

Worst customer service ever! Two staff were ignoring me and was settling admin duties talking amongst themselves like I didn't exist. After a long wait one finally turned to me rudely saying "yes yes what you want?!" in a raised voice as if I was interrupting her work. Happened on 28.07.2022 at 16.30.

Primadeli waffles is always the best. However at Woodland outlet, they stop serving waffles by 7pm or even earlier! Everytime I'm there to get waffles, they said they close the waffle station and only left with a few flavours. As I was craving for it, I still bought the leftover waffles. The waffles are not even fully cooked cos it not even crunchy and was soggy. The operation hours on Google states that the shop operate till 10pm but stop serving waffles at 7pm? I stop buying from this outlet ever since the bad experiences. But Im glad other primadeli still serve hot and crunchy waffles.
