Finally Prima Deli here in this bustling estate! Easy access to one of the best waffles in Singapore, and convenient birthday cakes right at the door step of many 😊 Definitely will be back to try out their waffles and get fat in 2022! Update : 🧇 the waffle standard isn’t like the other outlets, it’s pretty soggy even though we had it immediately. 🎟 Plus their ticketing system needs some improvement - a signage with “Order here, pay inside, wait outside” would definitely help.. Dropping it to a 3 stars until they improve on the standards.

The Prima Deli outlet at Blk 494 Jurong West Street 41 serves cold waffles. Here goes my review, I ordered 1 chicken pie, 1 curry puff and two plain waffles. The lady in red (you can see from my picture) collected my cash and DID NOT pack my two plain waffles. They have the habit of issuing receipts to customers. I did not receive my receipt after I made my payments. I went back home and realised the waffles were not packed. So when I returned back (same day) she insisted it's my fault that I didn't collect and refused to give me fresh baked ones. It has been at the open top shelf counter for 3hrs or so after I left the shop. Prima Deli aren't you concern over food hygiene? So suppose with food contamination left at the open, Prima Deli you will be held responsible. Please educate your service crew to handle food and service properly and there is no reason to raise voice at me. If unable to cope or work well in service industry one should think twice to serve customers. I will never ever visit Prima Deli after this unpleasant incident and this will be my last visit for waffles at your bakery. Swee Heng's service crew at Jurong West, they are very warm and friendly, still the best halal bakery at Jurong! Very few options for halal bakery at Jurong area, so Swee Heng still maintains their bakery food and service standard very well.

2nd time ordering from this outlet. Staffs Mei Lan and Michelle were very friendly and approachable. Very good service 👍🏼 The others staffs were nice too. Attended to my queries promptly 👍🏼 Thank you for your service 😊
