The waffle tasted good and smelled great. They need to revamp the queue system, very confusing which one is queue to order or waiting for order

The waffle, one of the best. The young girl doing it, kudos for being the only one and always long queue, sometimes she still has to man the other counter, finally today see her smile, hang in there! Been there many years buy from b1 E!Hub to now the new location @ level 2.

The best waffles in town! I love the peanut and chocolate flavors! The young lady doing her job is so hardworking and such a champ for clearing the long queue! But prima deli should promote and help her. There is so much business to be done, should man up more waffle machines and stalls here.

Needed a Christmas cake urgently for kids. Walked past the Prima Deli counter and saw a strawberry cake laced in white cream, so I paid for the cake and customised it by placing Christmas decorations onto the cake after buying the figurines from Redman at the basement. The Aunty whose manning the counter was very nice and helpful in helping me to pack the cake and giving me 3 candles - 1 candle for each kid to blow off after they make their Christmas wish! Service at the counter was good and cakes also tasted delicious. Highly recommended to buy their cakes.
