Please do something about maintaining a conducive environment in your restaurant. Firstly, a middle aged man was clearly not a customer in your restaurant and he was blatantly using his phone blasting his video out loud. He did not purchase any food items from your establishment and was causing discomfort to surrounding patrons (he was seated right in the middle of the restaurant). He was holding onto a drink (and consuming it) which is not sold in your restaurant as well. Your staff did nothing as well. Merely walking past. This made the entire experience of in house dining really unpleasant.

price has become very expensive! bought set drink + cheese cake but i was not given the cup, reminded the server, like not happy gave one kind of a look. not worth the money in terms of food quality versus price paid. The cheese cake was super small!

My kids have visited this CWP outlet at 2036pm on 22/01/25 and order 1 shoyu ramen and 1 tonkotsu ramen to take away. When they bring the food back the shoyu ramen soup smell bad like it has turn bad and taste weird, so have asked my kids to return to the outlet and asked for exchange. Even after exchange the shoyu still smell bad, but according to my kids the staff explains is because of the halal cert change of ingredients that makes the soup smell different. Not sure is the new ingredients that makes the soup smell and taste weird, I rather ask my kids to throw them away.

Bought the shoyu ramen for take away but once opened the soup had a weird smell to it. Went back to exchange for a new serving and was told "its supposed to be this way" reason she gave was that they just got their halal cert resulting in the soup being this way? yet it clearly had a weird smell to it like it never had before. Not sure if this is the way its supposed to be but i would not go back again.

staff here is extremely rude. always ignore requests like adding sauce to the order. if not, they can't speak nicely to customer regarding simple request. very unpleasant.
