Like other customers, I also had issues with the Malay aunty's poor customer service. She was unresponsive and didn't acknowledge customers' questions or presence. I hope she improves her attitude towards customers. To be fair, I noticed that some other staff members behaved similarly. During the payment process, they would have their backs turned and take their time before helping you. This lack of promptness and attentiveness can be frustrating. The whole team should work on improving their customer service by being more efficient and focused on customers' needs.

This morning, 9.40am (24 Apr 2023), my Grandma & I went to Swee Heng Anchorvale 330 and I wanted to buy my bread, there are 2 staff around at that time. One Chinese lady was preparing the bread, one Malay lady was around the counter. They saw us coming in but didn't bother much. Upon wanting to make payment, still nobody acknowledge us. So my Grandma said "Hello" but not in a loud tone, wanting to ask to pay. Thereafter, the Malay lady replied very fiercely "No shouting", my grandma then said what shouting? We're just asking for acknowledgement. This is not the first time we encountered such rude remarks from this Malay lady.

Price is on the higher side but taste ok. However, the Malay Aunty working in the morning shift always have the "don't talk to me" and "you owe me money" attitude, worst still, she likes to throw ur change on the table when her mood is not right. Giving them 3 Star as their afternoon/night shift staffs all much more friendly.

I was very disappointed with the malay staff.. she has attitude problem... when she pack my bread and I pay ..she did not bother to hand it to me... when the malay auntie was not happy..she show her attitude by squeeze the money very hard before paying to me... I m a customer with her bad attitude.. it has discourage me from visiting the shop
